CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Cancellation Before Shipment

If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to us at tamiltraditionalonline@gmail.com or call us at +91- 99628 12345 (10 am-6 pm, Mon-Fri). In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after we have processed the cancellation request.

Cancellation Post Shipment

you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with us at tamiltraditionalonline@gmail.com or call us at +91- 99628 12345(10 am-6 pm, Mon-Fri).

  1. In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to our logistic partner from our end, they still may attempt delivery. In that case, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
  2. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging conditions, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.

REFUND POLICY:

In case of cancellations/ returns and replacements, we will initiate the refund only after the product(s) from the order have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  1. For payment done through Credit/Debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of receiving the product(s) back. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
  2. For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be issued within 48 business hours of receiving the products and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
